CONNECT TO THE OSX SERVER (the file server)
1. go to the finder
2. on the menu bar click on "GO"
3. click on "Connect to Server"
4. put in the servers name - osxserver1
5. put in your username and passcode
- teachers it is 99lastnamefi (99 your last name and your first initial)
for Ms. Hull it looks like - 99hullm
- for students it is graduating year last name first initial
ex. 10windleg (Greg Windle)
- passcodes for students are the six digits of their birth date.
6. click on the folder with your login name
7. to get to another persons public folder click on "HomeDirs"
- for students click students
- for staff click faculty
8. find their folder and click on it and then "public"
